The Minor Arcana:Cups
The Cups Minor Arcana are most commonly associated with the feelings of love, relationships and connections. The cup represents us, the person. With what our cup is filled with being what makes up our lives and connections.

A: Ace of Cups: The Ace of cups shows a hand emerging from the clouds holding a large and empty cup. The water below rises and begins to fill the cup. This card suggests love and new relationships. |

II: Two of Cups: The two of cups shows a couple holding hands while both holding their own cup in their other hand. This card suggests love and partnership as well as attraction. |

III: Three of Cups: The three of cups shows a group of friends all raising their cups together with smiles upon their faces. This card suggests celebration and friendship as well as collaboration. |

IV: Four of Cups: The four of cups shows a man resting below a tree with hand coming out of a cloud holding a cup just to their right. They do not reach for this cup, but they just seem to think about it. This card suggests meditation, deep thought, and reevaluation. |

V: Five of Cups: The five of cups shows a man looking down upon three spilled cups. Looking sorrowful at the scene before them. This card suggests regret, disappointment, or possibly the loss of a relationship. |

VI: Six of Cups: The six of cups shos a man giving out a cup filled with flowers to a child. This card suggests compassion, innocence, joy and memories. |

VII: Seven of Cups: The seven of cups shows a man looking at seven different cups all filled with different things from plants, to animals, to objects. This card suggests opportunities, strange or questionable choices, and illusions. |

VIII: Eight of Cups: The eight of cups shows a man on the other side of a stream looking to eight cups all standing upright on the other side just out of reach. The man has his back turned to them and appears to be walking away. This card suggests abandonment, withdrawl, and escape. |

IX: Nine of Cups: The Nine of cups shows a man sitting in front of his nine cups all filled behind him. With a pleasent look, this man seems to be pround and satisfied with his cups. This card suggests contentment and satisfaction as well as gratitude. |

X: Ten of Cups: The Ten of cups shows a happy mother and father watching their children dacing in a beautiful field. A wonderful home rests in the background and the image of ten cups hovor above them. This card suggets love, blissful relationships, and completion. |

P: Page of Cups: The Page of cups shows a man standing in a open field holding a cup with a fish in it. A strange scene. This card suggests creative thoughts and opportunities, and new possibilities and curiosites. |

KN: Knight of Cups: The Knight of cups shows a knight upon their steed calmly overlooking what is before them with their cup raised to chest level. This card suggests charm and imagination as well as admiration and romance. |

Q: Queen of Cups: The Queen of cups is shown upon her throne engraved with angels. She sits before a stream and gently holds a rather impressive looking cup in both hand before her. This card suggests compassion, caring nature and stability in emotion. The stream before her suggests the possibility of being in a state of flow. |

K: King of Cups: The King of cups is shown upon his throne. He holds one standard cup in his right hand, and a smaller one in his left. His thrown appears to be floating upon the open ocean, perfectly balanced. This card suggests emotionally balanced, and compassion for the wide world. |
